The 2024 Monaco Yacht Show, scheduled for 25-28 September at Port Hercules, marks the 33rd edition of the most highly anticipated event in the yachting industry calendar

In 2024, the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) will celebrate its 33rd anniversary, establishing itself as an essential event for professionals in the superyacht industry. Since 1991, Port Hercule in Monaco has become a showcase of elegance and innovation, hosting the latest and most anticipated collection of superyachts of the year. The MYS epitomises the very essence of superyachting and represents the pinnacle global marketplace for those seeking to purchase or rent a superyacht.

Each year, the world’s leading builders and brokers present over 120 superyachts and around 60 luxury tenders at the MYS, showcasing the latest in sophistication and refinement. The event will feature approximately forty new launches, showcasing the latest market trends. With an average fleet length of 50 metres and mega yachts over 100 metres, the MYS offers a unique opportunity to experience a collection of superyachts.

Additionally, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the exceptional vehicles, products, and craftsmanship that contribute to the distinctive art of superyachting.

The previous edition of the show made a significant impact, showcasing 117 superyachts, 45 premiers, 565 exhibitors, and 27,223 visitors.

The 2024 Monaco Yacht Show, held in the world’s premier yachting destination, will bring together the most significant industry players, including leading shipbuilders, renowned designers, and refit yards. The highlight of the event is the display of the most exciting superyachts launched in the past year.

The show will provide a spectacular showcase, maintaining the tradition of elegance and innovation. The 2023 edition saw the expansion of the Sustainability Hub, which was established to promote awareness of environmental issues and showcase new sustainable initiatives within the industry. This year, the show will continue to place an emphasis on sustainability. The Yacht Design & Innovation Hub will host a series of talks, demonstrations, and exhibits on future superyacht projects with the objective of reducing the carbon footprint of yachting.

Visitors to the show will have the opportunity to explore a variety of themed areas, including the Adventure Area, which will feature the latest sports tenders, luxury vehicles, helicopters, and high-tech gadgets. This zone is ideal for those seeking to explore remote destinations and experience the thrills of a yachting lifestyle. The largest yacht at the Monaco Yacht Show and one of the most expensive charters, with a weekly rate of approximately €3 million. The project was designed by Nuvolari Lenard, with interiors by Reymond Langton Design.


Dar (2018, refit 2024)

Winner of the Motor Yacht of the Year at the 2019 World Superyacht Awards, Dar returns to MYS. The yacht boasts around 390 sq. m of glass in her superstructure, excluding doors and hull windows.

Delivered in 2019, Bold is an explorer and sports activity vessel designed by SilverYachts and Espen Oeino, with interiors by SilverYachts. She has a cruising range of 5,000 nautical miles and storage for up to five months. Bold is a popular charter yacht with a weekly rate of around €900,000.


Galma, Wallywind110 (2024)

Making her global debut at the Monaco Yacht Show, Galma features naval architecture by judel/vrolijk & co, with exterior and interior design by Wally in collaboration with Santa Maria Magnolfi. She combines the comfort of a cruising yacht with the spirit of a racing boat.


Ribelle (2017)

Recently refitted, Ribelle now features a repainted hull, mast, and boom, along with brand-new sails. Designed by Malcolm McKeon, with interiors by Rémi Tessier, the carbon fiber yacht is built for both sailing and cruising. She has participated in prestigious regattas such as the Maxi Rolex Cup, Les Voiles de St Tropez, and the Palma Superyacht Cup.


Swan 88 (2024)

The Swan 88 is the first hybrid sailing yacht from the Finnish shipyard, featuring diesel-electric propulsion. Described as a «no-compromise cruiser with a racer soul,» her naval architecture is by German Frers, with interiors by Misa Poggi.


Black Legend (2017)

One of the most iconic Mangustas, Black Legend is a semi-custom Mangusta 165E with a top speed of 35 knots. She won the Power Yacht over 40m category at the International Yacht & Aviation Awards. Her Asian-style interiors feature a modern contrast color palette, while the exterior deck includes a foredeck area with a spa pool.
